The rotary dryer is mainly used in the metallurgy industry, chemical industry, building materials, mining and drying powder and the other particles. It is the most common and widely used mining equipment. It suits for drying the dry metal and non-metal rotary equipment, the ore of magnetism, beneficiation, flotation, clay and coal , etc.


How to work?

In order to add the touch area of the materials put on the rotary equally, it should install the lift plate. The lift plate can be divided into the following parts:

1. Lifting type lift plate. It suits for the lump materials or some vicious material.

2. Four format type lift plate. It suits for the materials which are high density, not brittle, or not easy to disperse. Work principle:

The wet materials from the belt conveyor or bucket elevator to the silo, then the materials from the feeder dupe to the feeding port.  The oblique of the materials dupe is larger than the natural angle of the materials so that the materials into the dryer smoothly. The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder slightly tilted to the horizontal line.

The material is added from the higher end, the heat carrier is entered at the low end, and the material is in the upstream contact with the material. It also has the hot body and the material together and flows into the barrel body.

The rotating material of the cylinder is operated by gravity to the lower end.

In the process of moving forward, the wet materials can be directly or indirectly heated by the hot body, so that the wet materials can be dried and then sent out by belt conveyor or spiral conveyor. The wall of the tube is equipped with a copy board, which is used to copy the material and then add it to the surface to increase the contact surface of the material and airflow so as to increase the drying rate and promote the material advance.

The heat carrier is generally divided into hot air and flue gas. After the hot body is in the dryer, the cyclone dust collector is generally needed to trap the material in the gas. If there is a need to further reduce the amount of exhaust dust, it should be released after the bag filter or the wet dust collector.
